In November 2000 two aspiring film makers established White Lantern Film, dedicated to inspiring and broadening horizons, entertaining and expanding boundaries and using media as an educational tool. White Lantern Film is now a pioneer in the production of contemporary movies and short dramas which explore our world’s unrepresented narratives. White Lantern Film works in both the UK and worldwide markets and, after producing a range of short dramas for television and film festivals, we are now focusing on feature film production to take a leading role in the growing UK film industry.

We seek to merge the boundaries between audience and industry and explore new technologies, writing styles and funding models to unite talent and create engaging, enlightening and entertaining work. Our educational media programme works in harmony with our holistic approach to film production.
